The Power To Overcome Through The Balanced Word Of God!

Rising Above Circumstances

My heart is heavy today for many people (some who I know and some I do not know) who have been caught in a “web” of circumstances for long period of time and not seen change manifested. I sense they have done their best to stand strong in the Lord, yet because of such long time of endurance of the pain of no change, it has impacted their lives emotionally and even physically. Does this sound like a word for you? IF so, then receive (take) it and be encouraged today!

“You have been going through some things for a long period of time. Some of the things you have experienced have been going on for days, while other things have for months and even years. After a long period of time of not seeing change, there is opportunity given to become “weary in well doing.” Your circumstances may even by now seem to be speaking loud to you! It is easy to fall “prey” to it and become overwhelmed by that which has been happening. It is important to have your mind renewed with the Word of God, so that you see things from God’s perspective and not from what your flesh screams out about it. The overwhelming feeling that comes by not having been able to see change in the circumstances for a long period of time (and continues to exist without any type of change), it makes you question whether your God is really paying attention. Maybe for a period of time, your circumstances don’t see any change! The pressure and pain of your circumstances ought to cause you to press toward the Lord, not away from Him. He is your helper. He is the present help in the time of need. The one thing that does experience change during this time is our heart attitude. You have to guard yourself of becoming bitter when you see your circumstances continue without any change at all. The difference in becoming bitter and better is in the letter “I”! Do you see that? “I” is you! You choose if you will allow bitterness to take root in your heart or if you will become better in your attitude knowing what your God is willing and able to do! Be encouraged! Be hopeful! There is always hope in Jesus! Prayer still works! The word of God still has the power to bring change! The Blood of Jesus has not lost any of its effectiveness! Keep slinging it on your life and circumstances. Let the Lord know you trust Him in all the things you are faced with in life! Raise your expectancy as you believe for change in them. The Bible is full of stories of people who went through long periods of circumstances, yet all of a sudden there was a “Holy Spirit invasion that would change the situation.” Do you believe that they are better than you? No they are not. The same compassion that worked through Jesus and His disciples then, is the same compassion that flows toward you now. Jesus cares and desires to work change. The Will of God is for you to NOT be caught as a “victim” in your circumstances. You are a “victor” in all things because of what Jesus Christ has accomplished on Mount Calvary. He has given you victory for all occasions and grace to face the race and do what is needed for the now. Raise your expectancy and dare to believe for change to take place and trust the Lord to do what is necessary for it to manifest. God still works miracles!”

“God is our refuge and strength [mighty and impenetrable], a very present and well-proved help in trouble.” (Psalm 46:1 AMP)

“Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God [set aside self-righteous pride], so that He may exalt you [to a place of honor in His service] at the appropriate time, casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully].” (1 Peter 5:6-7 AMP)

“Let us not grow weary or become discouraged in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap, if we do not give in.” (Galatians 6:9 AMP)

“Trust in and rely confidently on the Lord with all your heart and do not rely on your own insight or understanding. In all your ways know and acknowledge and recognize Him, and He will make your paths straight and smooth [removing obstacles that block your way].” (Proverbs 3:5-6 Amp)
