Dr. Bill Means is an international writer who has written for Charisma Media, one of the largest Spirit-led venues on earth. Stemming from Southern Baptist roots, Dr. Bill Means was born again at the age of seven. At nine years old, the Lord told Bill that he would preach the gospel. At the age of seventeen, he began a ten-year career in the United States Navy. Straight out of boot camp, he was deployed to Vietnam for the first of three tours. He served as a quartermaster, jet-engine mechanic, and criminal investigator in the criminal investigation department. Bill was with the San Diego, Ca. Police Department as a reserve officer working street patrol. Later, Dr. Bill Means worked as a sergeant in charge of the homicide and robbery division for the Pulaski County Sheriff Department in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Then suddenly, life as Bill knew it changed! It had been a long time since he had heard the voice of God, but out of nowhere, the Lord said to him, “You’ve tried everything this world has to offer. Are you ready now to follow me? Bill said to the Lord, “Yes, if I can have what you talk about in the Bible. You said to heal the sick, cast out demons, and raise the dead. I’m tired of a useless, dead religion that does nothing and has no life to it.” The Lord’s answer was simple; “Follow me, and I’ll make you.”

With over twenty years of ministry and equipping experience, Dr. Bill and his wife, Susan are the directors of Inner Circle Ministries, an apostolic/prophetic, and missions-minded ministry located in Fort Smith, Arkansas. They desire to raise spiritual sons and daughters and send them all over the world. Dr. Means graduated from Faith Bible Institute and earned his Doctor of Divinity from St. Thomas Christian University in Jacksonville, Florida. He and his wife established and pastored a church in Fort Smith, Arkansas, for over fourteen years. The Means’ have been married for more than twenty years and have three children and five grandchildren.
